PhotoShelter Website Setup Consultant Program

Your PhotoShelter Website Setup Consultant is responsible for providing a one-on-one service to help get you up and running with PhotoShelter as quickly as possible. This service is a supplement to the standard PhotoShelter Client Services phone and email support and is only available to our Pro subscribers.



PhotoShelter members can work with the consultant on the following:

  • Setting up your PhotoShelter website from start to finish
  • Learning the mechanics of working within PhotoShelter
  • Uploading images and organizing your Image Browser
  • Setting up sales
  • Advice and guidance on best practices
  • And more!


Package A: Step-by-Step Setup (1 hour maximum)


  • Setup assistance over the phone with optional screen-sharing
  • Learn how to set up your site and use PhotoShelter features as the consultant guides you through the experience
  • Hourly slots will be available Monday-Friday


Package B: Hands-Off Complete Website Setup


  • Have the consultant set up your PhotoShelter theme-based website in 5 business days
  • Kickoff with a 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs
  • Receive an additional 25 minute website training to be used now, or anytime in the next 365 days (appointment required)


Pro subscribers may contact us to book a session when ready.

**All consultations will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Depending on volume, the consultant may not have an available time slot for up to but no more than three weeks.
